Where’d the economic geniuses go
when unceremoniously tossed from office in the last B.C, election?
Apparently many have found refuge behind a “Green” shield. After all who
can criticize anything labeled “Green”? It’s like criticizing motherhood.
This is evident in Ray Griggs,
Shades of “Green” column [Mar. 15/03]. From behind a “Green” shield he
infers a “plot” among our duly elected representatives. Are they pursuing
a course of economic revitalization, contrary to his utopian dream?
Ray’s politics become more
apparent when he then defends a “former” politician, a politician
gainfully employed by a “Green” group that’s done more to stymie
meaningful economic progress on the coast than anyone or anything else.
Is the last provincial regime
really gone, or just hidden?
When you have to wait longer for
medical care, or your child’s class is growing, maybe you could look
behind the “Green” shield for some answers?
Sincerely,
Sue Clandening
